Here are a few:

Call it out!

Call it out! When you see or hear something, say something. Staying silent says that you are ok with what just happened. Learn what to say


Document it.

Document and gather facts – take photos/screen shots, save emails, talk to witnesses.


Report it.

The more we know and track, the better we can address this issue and drive change. And even if it is determined that the incident was not illegal, you are ensuring that some type of follow-up will take place. Report an incident

Don’t assume that you have to deal with this on your own. There are many national and local organizations that you can reach out to for guidance and support, including free legal and mental help. Get help
